Yaniv Insall

Partner and founder of Insall Milow, Advocate Yaniv Insall specializes in complex insolvency and reconstruction proceedings, and was nominated by Insolvency Courts as liquidator and special manager in many proceedings.

Advocate Yaniv Insall has extensive experience representing both creditors and debtors in insolvency proceedings.

Advocate Yaniv Insall served as chairman of the Insolvency Committee of the Israel Bar Association between 2015-2019 and currently serves as the chairman of the Tel Aviv District Insolvency Committee of the Israel Bar Association. He is actively involved in organizing various professional conferences in Israel and abroad and represented the Israel Bar Association in the Justice Committee of the Knesset’s (the Israeli Parliament) deliberations on the new Insolvency Bill.

Advocate Yaniv Insall is often invited by various institutions to give lectures in the various field of insolvency law. He was invited by the Israel Judiciary Authority to lecture before Judges and court’s legal adviser.

Advocate Yaniv Insall is a member of the Israeli Bar since 1996, and holds a LL.B from the University of Leeds, England.
