Tel- Aviv District Court (Hon Justice Iris Lushi-Abudi) allowed a petition by Adv. Yaniv Insall (as a trusty in bankruptcy) to enforce a sale of land for 35.24 million NIS (~US$10 million) on a bidder. Judgement delivered on Oct 4th 2020.
